Job Description

The Service Center Manager is responsible for maximizing top line revenue growth and operating profitability of the center. Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations, clinical services and sales efforts. Responsible for providing direction to the local marketing effort with a focus on managed care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 
  • DME (Durable Medical Equpment) & Healthcare experience required
  • Develops and maintains an effective level of communication amongst all center staff.
  • Demonstrates understanding and commitment to company mission and Quality Outcomes Program.
  • Responsible for completing performance evaluations and must provide feedback to staff in a timely manner.
  • Able to delegate duties.
  • Able to utilize company resources to facilitate achievement of company mission.
  • Responsible for hiring qualified staff for Service Center.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three to five years management experience required, including excellent leadership, communication and sales skills. Home health, home medical equipment, respiratory care or home infusion pharmacy management experience preferred.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages team of employees within the team. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
