Job Description

This position provides assessment, instructional design, facilitation, teaching and monitoring of educational programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 
  • Conducts training activities, both in-person and via webinar, for general industry topics and job specific functions and prepares and presents professional training materials and policies & procedures in cooperation with management teams across the organization, such as Branch Facility Manager, Compliance Manager, Region Manager and Reimbursement Manager.
  • Maintains an on-line resource center for all training materials, product information, payer information, FAQs, etc.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software;
