Job Description

Position Summary: The IT Technician assists the IT Manager by providing technical support to all centers via phone, (remote) data communication, or on location at the center.  Also assists Information Technology Manager with Network Management. This position is responsible for managing a high volume of internal requests via Ticketing System or in person. All requests will be taken and entered into our SDP system for Internal IT techs to work. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.  
  • Provides first level Help Desk technical support of all users company-wide via telephone/data communication.
  • Acts as field technician support by providing first level support in diagnosing and repairing software and hardware on location and at home office.
  • Repairs computer systems and peripherals by rebuilding of capital computer equipment, replacing computer components.
  • Installs and configures required software, programs network settings and data communications.
  • Assists in line of business application support by maintaining user access, diagnosing program errors and printing errors.
  • Computer Imaging
  • Establishes positive relationships with other departments and centers, and associated entities.
  • Has an overall grasp of the Service Ticketing processes and procedure.
  • MDM experience a plus
Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of related IT experience. 
  • Must have strong communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills required.
